Microsoft has introduced that free Xbox 360 video games included with Video games With Gold shall be phased out quickly. As of October, Video games with Gold will solely supply Xbox One video games.
In an e-mail despatched to Xbox customers, Microsoft confirmed that from October it can now not embody Xbox 360 titles in its month-to-month Video games with Gold lineups.
Games with Gold will no longer included Xbox 360 games as of October 2022
“Beginning with October 1st, 2022, the monthly games Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox Live Gold members receive through Games with Gold will no longer include Xbox 360 titles,” Microsoft said in an email which has been translated via Google.
“We’ve reached the limit of our ability to add Xbox 360 games to the catalog. However, Games with Gold will continue to feature exciting Xbox One titles and exclusive savings each month.”
Any Xbox 360 games redeemed before October 2022 will not be affected and are yours to keep regardless of whether you continue your Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.
In recent months, Microsoft has been repeating Xbox 360 games included with Games with Gold, so it doesn’t come as too much of a surprise that Microsoft is phasing out older 360 games.
