I am skeptical.
Monitor listings are sometimes like this, you may’t take their phrase for any non-obvious spec they offer. That quantity relies on for those who flip the dimming function on which is able to regulate backlight in dim scenes, to allow them to simply measure a full black display and a full white display and declare loopy distinction. You may see this quantity on tons of displays which have this ineffective, if not outright annoying, function (be aware that it is solely ineffective if there are not any dimming zones or a really low variety of them, which is each single sub-$1000 monitor).
That stated, this monitor is insanely overpriced for the present market and no one can purchase it anyway.
