Luke Charles Stafford has claimed on social media that he is portraying the main character in the as-yet unannounced Call of Duty 2024.
Activision decided to adapt their next main character, ‘Ratcliffe’ for CALL OF DUTY off of my face/likeness, and I am elated. To all of my college roommates back at @andersonuniversity and those years in @smithhallau playing Black Ops II… Next year, we can beat the snot out of each other again, but I want to play as me.
While Activision has yet to announced the game — after all, it hasn’t even take the wraps off this year’s entry — Call of Duty 2024 is widely believed to be a new Black Ops game set in the Gulf War.

Furthermore, known Call of Duty leaker TheGhostOfHope claimed back in October 2022 that the game would feature a two-year lifecycle, while a separate report on Insider-Gaming from earlier this year suggested Call of Duty 2024 would still hit last-generation consoles despite rumours saying it would be current-gen exclusive.
It’ll be a while until Call of Duty 2024 is officially confirmed by Activision, so take all this with a pinch of salt for the time being.
